    Duties:
    Provides efficient service to all new and existing accounts/clients of Sales & Business Development Group.
    Prepares documents necessary during account's renewal.
    Handles inquiries and/or complaints from client on day to day basis.
    Facilitates product orientation in the absence of Orientation Specialist.
    Conducts account visits to clients/companies.
    Ensure on time release of documents through constant monitoring.
    Coordinates with concerned departments for respective concerns of client.
    Keep an updated and organized centralized files.


    Qualifications:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any Business coursePreferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service , Sales
    • Corporate or equivalent but not required.
    Open to Fresh graduatesAbove average communication skills., Organized with good interpersonal relation skills.
