Core Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Revenue Ownership
Own sales performance across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and company websites.
- Monitor daily sales, margin, and ad spend.
- Identify growth opportunities by channel
- Lead pricing strategy aligned with competitive landscape and margin goals.
Collaborate with paid media teams to maximize ROAS.
Operational Leadership
Oversee product listing accuracy (titles, attributes, specs, images, fitment data).
- Ensure inventory synchronization across all channels.
- Prevent overselling and stock discrepancies.
- Manage backorders, cancellations, and returns workflows.
Maintain marketplace compliance and account health metrics.
Process Optimization
Audit workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Build SOPs for catalog management, pricing, inventory, and order management.
- Implement automation tools where possible
- Improve turnaround time on product onboarding and updates.
Reduce error rates in listings and fulfillment.
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards for revenue by channel, gross margin, ad performance, order defect rate, and inventory velocity.
- Analyze competitor pricing trends.
- Provide weekly executive reports with actionable insights
Identify underperforming SKUs and corrective actions.
Team & Cross-Functional Management
Coordinate between Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Purchasing.
- Escalate operational risks before they impact revenue.
- Lead seasonal promotional execution
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and eBay Seller Hub.
- Experience with Magento or comparable e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and KPI-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage under U.S. business hours.
- Willing to work onsite in Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang
