    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Supervisor at The Henry Hotel Boracay. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies.

    Qualifications

    • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
    • Experience in employee relations and performance management
    • Knowledge of HR policies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a team
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
