Real Estate Fund Accountant - San Fernando

Job summary
This role requires a blend of technical accounting precision and a deep understandingof the unique lifecycle of real estate assets.
- Prepare and review comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP,
- Calculate and verify Net Asset Value (NAV) for various real estate funds,
- Manage the end-to-end process for investor capital calls and distributions.
