Job summary
We are looking for a Customer Relations Associate to join our Credit Corp Financial Services (CCFS) Team. As a front-line representative of our debt collection business, you will play a key role in resolving customer financial problems and negotiating sustainable solutions.
- You will be responsible for investigating leads, tracing customers, and negotiating with them to find a way to resolve their financial issues.
- This is an onsite job located at Ayala Makati office which has easy access to public transportation and amenities.
