- Perform operational strategizing and execution across a variety of marketing tools, systems, and processes such as website CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM databases, and Analytics & Reporting tools.
- Manage lead routing, automation, integration between various MarTech tools, along with platform implementations and data migrations.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to processes and workflows.
- Contribute to process changes and documentation efforts on workflows and processes.
- Provide peer mentoring support for Marketing Operations Specialists.
- Able to be pioneer usage of new technology tools/platforms and lead exploratory projects
- Able to differentiate the other functions roles and responibilities
- 4 years or above of relevant work experience or education in fields of Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related.
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms/CMS (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach, etc.)
- Certification in email marketing or Marketing Automation Platforms
