    Your Role

    - Serves as the focal point of internal and external customers and address concerns.
    - Consolidates data from multiple systems to facilitate order entry process.
    - Fulfills and tracks order booking activities in accordance with customer and business requirements.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Performs sailing schedule search from carrier website to identify ideal vessel in order to ensure timely shipment
    • Ensures booking of shipments to the nominated Carrier
    • Creates and provides Booking Confirmations to vendors containing necessary vessel information
    • Creates and provides Pick up Order to vendors containing warehouse delivery address and instruction
    • Ensures correct charges are billed to vendors
    • Ensures correct charges are entered in the cost entry
    • Generates Tax Invoice document on time and sends to vendor
    • Attends to internal and external customer inquiries and requests

    Your Skills and Experiences

    • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business studies/administration/management, Engineering, Accounting/Finance or Economics
    • Has PSF & Invoicing Knowledge
    • Basic Microsoft Excel Skills; MS Excel: Basic
    • Solid knowledge of international geography
    • Has the ability to exceed set targets and initiate small projects that could enhance the current process
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision and shows leadership qualities
