Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (no experience required)
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel (or willing to learn)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Monitor project budgets and prepare cost reports
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with BIR, tax, and other statutory requirements
