    The QA/QC Material Receiving & Mechanical Supervisor will oversee material inspection, mechanical installation activities, and overall quality assurance within the Mterra Solar Project. This role ensures that all construction works, materials, and processes meet project standards, technical specifications, and safety requirements while supporting efficient and timely project execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    Quality Assurance / Quality Control:

    • Conduct daily inspections of mechanical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
    • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection test reports (ITRs), NCRs, and corrective actions.
    • Coordinate with contractors and project teams to address quality deviations and implement preventive and corrective measures.
    • Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Material Receiving & Inspection:

    • Oversee receiving, inspection, verification, and documentation of all materials delivered to the project site.
    • Ensure accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders, packing lists, and technical specifications.
    • Coordinate with QA/QC and Warehouse teams on discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
    • Implement proper handling, storage, and inventory recording of project materials.

    Mechanical Supervision:

    • Supervise mechanical installation activities including mounting structures, solar module installation, and equipment assembly.
    • Ensure field execution aligns with project plans, safety protocols, and mechanical standards.
    • Monitor daily progress, resolve site issues, and prepare progress reports.
    • Lead toolbox meetings and enforce strict safety compliance on-site.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or a related field preferred).
    • Experience in solar, construction, or energy projects is an advantage.
    • Strong background in QA/QC, mechanical supervision, and material handling.
    • Solid understanding of technical drawings, standards, and inspection procedures.
    • Excellent documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
    • Amenable to work under project-based employment.
    • Willing to be deployed in Nueva Ecija.
