• Monitor Amazon Seller Central accounts for compliance document requests in multiple marketplaces (US, Canada, UK, and EU)
• Maintain list of pending requests that includes the details of what is needed for approval
• Provide brand partners with updates on the status of applications, including both approvals and denials
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure product detail pages are compliant with Amazon's guidelines
• Submit applications for compliance document requests as they're received from brand partners
• Maintain database of compliance documents (such as Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, and Test Reports)
• Review documents prior to submission to ensure all requirements are satisfied
• Use critical thinking skills and understanding of Amazon's guidelines to formulate strategy for overcoming documents that are not accepted
• Coordinate product testing with laboratories as needed
• Maintain details related to all pending compliance requests across internal systems, including project management software and catalog
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work with attention to detail
• Submit Amazon support cases as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• A minimum of 1-3 years of Amazon Seller Central or Amazon experience
• Experience managing Account Health in Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with the following Amazon categories: Baby, Beauty, and Vitamins and Supplements
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and able to multitask
• Strong computer skills proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Google Sheets, Google Docs, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Willingness to work during the night shift is a prerequisite for this position
