• The Agent is expected to achieve daily and month-on-month daily target.
• Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining about detailed offerings of the product.
• The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer's convenience.
• The Agent will be expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve the target set by the organization.
• The Agent reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• At least Senior High Graduate;
• Preferably with relevant experience in Tele-sales and outbound calls;
• Willing to work in Makati.
