    The Associate Brand/Merchandise Manager (AMM) is responsible for the formulation of financial, marketing and promotional plans and strategies in order to meet sales objectives.

    The AMM ensures profitability, efficient operation and continued sales and margin growth of his/her brands and/or categories under their Merchandising Division.

    The AMM coordinates with other functional groups to ensure effective implementation of the plans for the brand/category.

    The AMM also acts as the main contact person between the principals and the organization.

    Education

    College degree of a 4-year business or merchandising course

    Minimum Work Experience

    At least 3 years relevant experience in merchandise management with exposure in the retail industry, preferably with background in Beauty.

    • Excellent skills in Merchandise Management, Marketing and Merchandising
    • Extensive knowledge of market trends
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and word processing applications
    • Creative/innovative
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical
    • Good in math
    • Negotiation skills
