    I. JOB SUMMARY
    As a Pre-Sales Engineer in the LED and Large Format Display industry, your primary responsibility is to support the
    sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in
    understanding customer requirements, identifying suitable products, and effectively communicating technical
    information to both clients and internal stakeholders, and oversee project implementation.

    II. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Technical Consultation:

    Engage with prospective clients to understand their specific needs and requirements related to LED and large format display solutions.

    Provide expert guidance and recommendations on the selection of products and configurations to meet their objectives.

    Product Presentation and Demonstration:
    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of LED and large format display systems. Highlight key benefits and advantages to potential clients to facilitate their decision-making process.

    Solution Design:
    Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each client. Utilize your technical knowledge to design optimal configurations and layouts for LED displays and digital signage projects.

    Proposal Development:
    Assist in the preparation of detailed proposals and quotations, incorporating technical specifications, pricing information, and project timelines. Ensure that proposals align with client expectations and address their specific needs effectively.

    Technical Support:

    Serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries and support throughout the sales process including site ocular and survey.

    Address any questions or concerns raised by clients regarding product specifications, compatibility, installation requirements, etc.

    Project Management:
    Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of LED displays and large format signage systems at client sites. Coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, and third-party vendors to ensure proper setup, configuration, and functionality.

    Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other
    stakeholders involved in LED and large format display projects. Actively engage with industry professionals to stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends.

    Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in LED and large format display solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market intelligence and customer feedback.

    Training and Education:
    Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and technical skills.

    Keep abreast of product updates and new releases and ensure that sales staff are equipped to effectively promote and sell LED display solutions.

    III. QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a technical sales or pre sales engineering role, preferably within the LED or digital signage industry.
    • Strong understanding of LFD and LED display technologies, including pixel pitch, resolution, brightness, and dimensions.
    • Familiarity with software platforms used for content management and display control (e.
    g., LED video processors, media players).

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
    SPECIALIZATION/TECHNICAL SKILLS
    Efficient in planning/scheduling/coordinating. Must be adept in presentation, reports, and technical writing. Must have good customer service and dedication to clients. Proficient in MS Office applications and Google workspace.
    Knowledge in Content Management System is a plus.
