- Are confident editing for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and beyond)
- Can turn raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content
- Enjoy collaborating with creatives, strategists, and clients to bring ideas to life
- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple projects at once
- Take feedback as a tool to grow and refine your craft
- Stay curious about trends, transitions, formats, and the evolving world of video
- Care about creating content that feels intentional, human, and aligned with a brand's voice
- 3+ years of experience in video editing (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- A portfolio that shows versatility from short-form social content to longer storytelling formats
- Basic motion graphics, text animation, and sound design skills (a big plus)
- A strong sense of visual style, timing, and narrative flow
- Familiarity with editing content optimized for different platforms and aspect ratios
- The ability to manage projects independently while staying aligned with a creative team
- A passion for producing high-quality work that makes people feel something
