    JOB SUMMARY:


    As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks to support the finance department.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    Process and record vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
    Generate customer invoices and track accounts receivable.
    Reconcile accounts payable and receivable discrepancies.

    General Ledger Maintenance:
    Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate financial transactions.
    Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.

    Financial Reporting and Compliance:
    Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    Provide support for internal and external audits by ensuring all necessary documentation is available.

    Expense Management:
    Monitor and manage employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Financial Analysis:
    Assist in preparing financial statements and variance analyses.
    Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

    Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    Proactive and willing to take initiative
