Job Summary
Supports daily operational activities, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational coordination and documentation across departments
- Maintain organized records, reports, and compliance files
- Support preparation of operational reports and basic cost tracking
- Coordinate with Admin, HR, Finance, and Project teams as needed
- Perform other operational tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business, IT, Accounting, or related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work on-site and handle multi-task assignments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
