    IT Operations Manager Job Description


    About the job: IT Operations Manager | Onsite

    Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT operations manager to join our team. As an IT operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operation of all technical systems across stores and head office.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Supervise and manage daily system uptime, reliability, installation, configuration, maintenance of hardware software network systems provide technical support POS inventory management tools retail applications monitor system performance implement proactive measures prevent downtime ensure compliance with security policies data protection standards coordinate global teams system updates integrations troubleshooting manage vendor relationships equipment licensing service agreements


    As a seasoned IT professional in this field your knowledge networking hardware troubleshooting retail would be valuable assets to us We also looking candidate able work autonomously as part well-integrated team members.
