Job summary
The primary role is to maintain our systems, support issues investigation and prepare new features together with system users or other analysts.Responsibilities
- Respond to request for technical assistance as raised thru collection tickets and check necessary details
- Conduct investigation, troubleshoot and gather essential data that can help find the root cause of the problem.
- Provide technical solution on acceptable timeframe or redirect issue to IT counterpart for further escalation.
