- Helps prepare services and details for music video shoot.
- Assists production staff (stylist/ wardrobe, directors, music video producer and other members
- of the team)
- Acts as a coordinator between the line producers to the music video producer as to other
- members of the team as well.
- Performs administrative work (e-forms, RMS, payables and paperwork etc.)
- Participates in brainstorming activities for concept pegs of music videos
- Conducts pre-production meetings with the team
- Secures and manages artist and independent contractors' availability
