Job summary
This role will conduct collection efforts on delinquent accounts using callouts collection letters and SMS handle financial and non-financial client requests including reversals payment transfers updating cardholder information within specified turnaround times negotiate special payment arrangements monitor personal productivity perform additional tasks as needed.
