    Modernbrands, a leading provider of luxury furniture for Italian kitchen cabinets, Italian wardrobes, walk-in closets, sliding doors, flooring, and furniture in Manila, is currently seeking a talented and motivated MARKETING MANAGER to join our dynamic team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and management to ensure effective communication and implementation of the company's vision, mission, goals, and targets to all employees.
    • Uphold and promote the company's core values, influencing staff members to align with them.
    • Collaborate closely with top management and the management team to develop strategic plans and recommend policies and procedures to enhance operations and achieve annual targets.
    • Strategically plan and develop business opportunities that generate revenue and contribute to the company's overall revenue target.
    • Conceptualize, develop, and implement marketing programs to drive revenue growth.
    • Manage and maintain the company's image, brand, promotions, and initiatives across all branches, locations, and subsidiaries.
    • Oversee media platforms, including print and website articles, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
    • Manage all media and public relations communications channels, promptly responding to correspondence or assigning them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Ensure effective communication of marketing programs, campaigns, and guidelines to internal and external departments.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing team's deliverables, while maintaining proper documentation.
    • Set job expectations, monitor, appraise, and review the performance of direct reports.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/College degree in Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent.
    • Experience in business development, with a constant focus on identifying new business opportunities.
    • Proficiency in both Traditional and Digital Marketing, utilizes relevant platforms and analyzes diagnostics effectively.
    • A strong problem solver, blending creative and analytical skills to solve challenging and complex problems.
    • With excellent verbal communication and written skills.
    • Experience in brand marketing and growth hacking for both B2C and B2B facing products is an advantage.

    Work Conditions:

    • Type: Full-time and On-site only
    • Location: Quezon City
    • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
