The Clinical Training Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing clinical training initiatives within a healthcare BPO environment.
This role requires a confident, highly engaging, and client-facing professional who can manage stakeholders, support governance requirements during transitions and expansions, and supervise multiple training classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage multiple clinical training classes simultaneously
- Ensure training compliance with governance standards, especially during program transitions and expansions
- Act as a client-facing representative, maintaining strong engagement and communication
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of training goals
- Drive training effectiveness through monitoring, coaching, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and accountability in all training activities
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Clinical Trainer in healthcare set up
- Experience in Clinical Denials, Utilization Review, Prior Authorization and other clinical campaigns is a definite advantage
- Proven experience in stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Exposure to governance, transition, and expansion initiatives
- Experience in managing or supervising multiple training classes
- Hands-on experience with training certification for at least one program
- Highly engaging, extroverted, and confident in client-facing environments
- Must be flexible to work in Taguig or Pasay locations
