The Qualifications We Seek

Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce, major in Accounting
2–3 years of experience at Senior level within a reputable Philippine audit firm
Big Four experience preferred
Proven end-to-end external audit experience, including planning, risk assessment, test of controls, substantive procedures, and completion
Experience auditing listed and non-listed entities across regulated sectors (mining, oil & gas, retail, manufacturing, technology, etc.)
Strong working knowledge and practical application of Australian Accounting Standards, Australian Auditing Standards, and the Corporations Act
Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate audit documentation, working papers, and reports with strong attention to detail
Clear and confident communication skills when engaging with clients and audit teams
Strong analytical thinking, professional judgment, and ability to work independently within structured audit engagements
CPA commenced or completed (advantageous)

Your Daily Tasks

Complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings of significant and complex audit areas
Identify and address technical accounting and audit issues
Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and prepare management reports and opinions
Conduct multiple audit engagements concurrently with various team members
Assist in managing and coordinating the audit team, including training, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with audit methodologies
