Conceptualizing architectural designs, communication and coordination with project sites

Responsibilities :
1. Generates conceptual and detailed designs with with adherence to existing government guidelines and project budget.2. Creates designs by hand and computer applications (e.g., CAD)3. Assists Project-in-charge in doing asbuilt plans4. Communicates with government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and other pertinent to completion of project5.


Interprets drawings and specificationsRequirements :
1. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture2. Licensed Architect3. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Able to communicate thoughts, ideas, solutions clearly and calmly in both English and Filipino4. Hardworking and Willing to learn5. High levels of creativity and imagination6. A keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project7. Ability to work well within a team of other professionals and ability to create solid relationships with the team8. Resourceful and gets the job done9. Well versed in using Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel and Word)10. Has knowledge in using Autocad and Sketchup or equivalent applications.
