Job summary
This is a job for Accounting Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Collects or receives all payables such as but not limited to project billings from sub-contractors and completion or building evaluation documents from the Operations Department, utility bills, office rentals, insurances, taxes and other related documents.
- Performs timekeeping and payroll computation of employees.
- Works closely with the Accounting Officer in processing project billings to ensure that all necessary documents are attached and accurate.
- Coordinates with the Accounting Officer in ensuring that all payments being released are accurate and coincides with the Operations Departments evaluation and assessment of project billings being billed by sub-contractors.
