    We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.

    The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process while fostering positive candidate experiences.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
    Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
    Develop innovative strategies to enhance the organization's employer brand and attract top talent.
    Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

    Candidate Screening and Assessment:
    Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements and cultural fit.
    Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and interest in the position.
    Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

    Interview Coordination and Selection:
    Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
    Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria.
    Participate in candidate debriefs and provide feedback to hiring managers to facilitate informed hiring decisions.

    Offer Management and Onboarding:
    Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages in accordance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
    Coordinate pre-employment background checks and reference checks.
    Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

    Data Management and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS.
    Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
