- Experience in diagnosing faulty server hardware using OS tools.
- Proficient in containerized systems and cluster management technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Passionate about automation to streamline manual processes, with fluency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Understand standard network protocols and components, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP, subnetting, load balancing strategies, and OSI model.
- Experience with logging, telemetry, and monitoring tools like Splunk or Prometheus.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification. What's on Offer
