    Accounts Payable Clerk Specialist Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk Specialist to join our team at Neksjob Corporation in Bi'nan, Philippines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts payable processes independently and efficiently.
    • E nsure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
    • Continuously improve daily processes and activities.
    • Mentor junior colleagues and set day-to-day operational goals.
    • Share best practices and contribute to team knowledge development.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
    • Education: Professional/university degree (related to finance or accounting is a plus).
    • Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and process improvement.
    • Leadership: Ability to lead junior team members and set operational objectives.

    Working Conditions:

    • Shift: Night shift (Hybrid work model, in Ayala office and remote)
