Job summary
Purchasing staff responsibility is to ensure the continuous flow of production by availing items and services requested by all departments to ensure an effective operations through low cost timely and high quality products and services and to build a good supplier rapport relationship.
Responsibilities
- Receive review analyze purchase requisitions from requesting party
- Clarify requirements of requesting party to ensure accurate item specifications
- Negotiate prices terms with local imported suppliers based on required item specifications
