About the Role
We are looking for a people-focused and organized HR Officer to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with employees, managing HR processes, and helping build a positive workplace culture. You'll handle day-to-day HR operations and be a key partner to both staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & On boarding
- Post job openings and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Help maintain a positive and productive work environment
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping
- Ensure HR documents are accurate and up to date
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Answer employee questions about compensation and benefits
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure company policies are followed
- Help develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations
Training & Development
- Help organize training sessions and staff development programs
- Track employee performance review schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Nice to Have
-Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
-Background in recruitment or employee engagement programs
