- Provide strategic direction and leadership for multiple projects in the hospitality, towers, and mega projects domains.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project outcomes.
- Manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
- Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site visits, and address any issues or challenges that arise promptly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong client relationships, manage client expectations, and strive for customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery as a Project Director, with specific experience in hotel, tower, and mega projects.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years in a Director-level role.
- Extensive knowledge of the hospitality and real estate development industries, particularly in the Gulf region.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant local regulations and building codes in the Gulf region.
