    POSITION:

    SERVICE ENGINEERROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Should establish a relationship with the client and address the concerns of the clients in a way that is professional and positive.
    • Conduct after-sales support activities such as optimization phase meeting, assessment and recommendation.
    • Assist and provide on technical support activities such as inhouse, onsite, RMA and end user training
    • Must be accommodating, well-spoken and ensure proper attention in every customer inquiry.
    • Perform installation and configuration of hardware/software products.
    • Perform troubleshooting and repair of hardware products.
    • Prepare daily and weekly reports on repairs.
    • Provide timely response for any service issues and requests

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Applicants must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering and any related field.
    • Licensed ECE /EE is a PLUS.
    • With at least 3 years of working experience as Service Engineer, Technical Engineer or any related field.
    • Must be familiar with Building Technology System, CCTVs, door access, Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA), and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS)
    • Innovative, results-oriented, flexible, proactive, systematic, and organized
    • Agile, able to multi-task, and has great attention to details
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
