Sales Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome)
ALPS Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in daily operations, client coordination, and reporting. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in sales within a fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate and follow up on client inquiries
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
- Support lead generation and sales follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
