    Risk & Compliance Specialist (AML) – 6-Month Contract

    Location: Makati (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

    Contract Duration: 6 months

    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Specialist with a strong Anti-Money Laundering (AML) background to support regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives. The role will focus on transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, and ensuring adherence to AML laws and internal compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct AML reviews and investigations, including transaction monitoring and risk assessments
    • Prepare, review, and file Cash Transaction Reports (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) in accordance with regulatory requirements
    • Analyze customer transactions and identify unusual or suspicious activities
    • Ensure compliance with local and international AML regulations and internal policies
    • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for compliance reviews
    • Support regulatory examinations, audits, and internal compliance reviews
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address risk and compliance gaps
    • Stay up to date with changes in AML laws, regulations, and industry best practices

  • Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance, or AML roles
    • Hands-on experience in AML monitoring, CTR, and STR preparation and filing
    • Strong understanding of AML laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks
    • Excellent analytical and investigative skills
    • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
    • Ability to work independently in a contract-based role
    • Willing to work in a hybrid setup with onsite work in Makati
