As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:
Establishment, administration, maintenance, and improvement of the LCEA Library/Contracts Database
Implementation of appropriate indexing, filing, and file naming convention for the LCEA Library/Contracts Database
Implementation of secure search, borrow, and return procedures for the LCEA Library/Contracts Databse
Integration of the Legal Review System (LRS) and Contracts Database (digital) with the LCEA Library
Coordination with IT and other relevant business units to address bugs and complaints about the Contracts Database and to develop enhancements and improvements in the Contracts Database
