Job summary
We are looking for an experienced AR Collections Team Lead to join our client's team and oversee the day-to-day activities of cash posting staff, both on-site and remote.Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead cash posting staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Work closely with Operations Manager to monitor daily tasks, reporting, and strategize A/R volume and inventory management.
