    About the job Bilingual Document Analyst II German Offshore Team

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
    • Significant experience in a similar role and industry
    • Written and spoken proficiency in the German (native speaker level) and English languages
    • High proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    Job Role:

    Administrative

    • Serves as the Deputy Officer in Charge of the Document Support Group in the absence of the Senior Bilingual Document Analysts which entails shift management and addressing emails/concerns from the Functional Managers as well as answering inquiries from the local offices
    • Provides valuable insights and recommendations critical to daily operations such as adjustments in workflow and workload
    • Provides Functional Manager and Supervisor with feedback and assessment of the performance of junior members of the team

    Document Support

    • Monitors and replies to email requests sent to the GOT Document Support Mailbox
    • Performs assessment and sets turnaround time with GER-AUT Requestor
    • Assigns tasks and monitors the progress of tasks to ensure that deadlines are met by the Team
    • Processes all document production tasks which include but are not limited to voice file transcription, copy typing, document mark-up, formatting, and production of documents and reports in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint format whilst adhering to the Brand Guidelines
    • Updates lawyer contacts list in Outlook

    Quality Control

    • Proofreads and checks output to guarantee accuracy and quality of work
    • Updates team best practices
    • Ensures that the team adheres to the Brand Guidelines and German Style Guide
    • Special Projects and Reports
    • Where appropriate, handles the management of projects assigned by the Supervisor or Functional Manager
    • Edits Bills in PDF Format for GER/AUT's Clients
    • Database management
    • Close coordination and collaboration with the Translator Pool in Germany to ensure prompt delivery of documents and translation requests
    • Prepares ad hoc reports when required
