Role Description

This is a full time role for 4 Broker Sales Managers, 1 to be assigned in Davao; 1 in General Santos; 1 in Davao; and 1 in Zamboanga, with a combination of onsite and work-from-home arrangements.

The primary responsibilities include managing and developing broker networks, leading sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and organizing training sessions for brokers.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring targeted sales goals are achieved and collaborating closely with other departments to align strategies for revenue growth.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Brokerage, Sales, and Real Estate practices
Strong skills in Customer Service and experience in client management
Experience in training and mentoring brokers or teams
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the local real estate market and customer preferences in Zamboanga
Ability to work in a hybrid setup with excellent time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in sales management or brokerage is an advantage
