- Oversee provincial warehouse utilization and support Sales Specialists to ensure efficient territory execution
- Set revenue and gross profit targets per channel/category and implement strategies to achieve them, including new product integration
- Align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution across the customer lifecycle
- Manage and optimize CRM and sales systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process compliance
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, margins, and forecasts; identify gaps and drive continuous process improvements
- Translate leadership objectives into actionable sales initiatives, ensuring adoption, accountability, and measurable results
- Support onboarding, maintain sales playbooks and SOPs, and enhance productivity through workflow optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales leadership or sales operations (experience in the construction materials industry preferred)
- Hands-on experience designing and improving sales systems, workflows, and reporting structures
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive accountability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to conduct nationwide site visits
- Valid driver's license; owning a vehicle is preferred
