Job summary
Conduct product upskills and language training to new hires evaluate their performance based on competencies Assess training needs determine learning gaps recognize learning opportunities develop deliver training coaching affect performance Effectively facilitate learning using variety of delivery methods instructor-led-training workshops job aids net meetings e-learning Provide post-training support follow up coaching frontline employees team members Perform other tasks required operations clients Creation Revision enhancement of training modules account Facilitate training programs enhance agent's skills knowledge project Sends daily weekly monthly report in regards to training activity Study Track Analyze day progress new hires recommend/suggestion action plans data gathered Create Conduct Knowledge Checks assess agent's knowledge product processes
