Job summary
The Credit Officer for Credit Cards evaluates new applications for Credit Card and Personal Loan as well as requests for Increase in Credit Limit.Responsibilities
- Service Delivery Management – Ensures that credit initiation and underwriting meet the service level targets
- Booking of Quality Accounts – Assures that underwritten accounts are within the PDO and RAM benchmarks
- Audit and Compliance – Ensures that credit practices are within the standards of internal and external regulations
- Special Projects – Recommends or supports credit projects to improve turn-around time
