We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Specialist to support our growing medical device portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical knowledge with outstanding sales experience in the medical industry. This role requires relationship-building skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge & Training

• Stay up to date with product updates, competitor offerings, and evolving market trends.
• Develop and deliver product training programs for internal sales teams and healthcare professionals.

Sales & Clinical Support

• Assist sales representatives during product presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, and trials.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies, materials, and campaigns.
• Support sales efforts to achieve territory and company revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and hospital decision-makers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and deliver post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions, clinical support activities, product usage, and customer interactions.
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Nursing, or related field (preferred).
• Outstanding sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong relationship-building and management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Willingness to travel frequently to hospitals and customer sites.
• Willing to assigned at Malate, Manila

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
