    We are a Quadruple A Construction company, committed to Build and Serve Par Excellence toward community and nation building. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CONSTRUCTION MANAGER who can handle large projects.

    As the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing project management operations. You will work closely with the top management to ensure successful project execution, adherence to budgets, and efficient problem-solving. Your extensive experience in project management, coupled with strong communication skills, will be invaluable in this role.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management Expertise:
    Possess extensive project management training, certifications, and seminar attendance.
    Oversee and provide guidance on all aspects of project management, from inception to completion.
    Utilize your expertise to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

    Communication Skills:
    Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to convey project updates, requirements, and progress.

    Project Analysis and Budgeting:
    Analyze project progress, achievements, and costs.
    Drive efficient budgeting processes and monitor adherence to financial plans.
    Evaluate the feasibility and status of proposed projects, providing recommendations for improvement.

    Problem-Solving and Issue Reporting:
    Act as a vigilant problem solver, promptly identifying and capturing project issues.
    Report project challenges to upper management with clarity, enabling quick decision-making and effective resolution.

    Leadership and Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, providing support, insights, and guidance to enhance project operations.
    Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the project management team.

    Additional Responsibilities:


    Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by upper management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.


    Qualifications:
    Licensed Civil Engineer with a proven track record of project management training or courses and development.
    A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
    Must be good in analyzing progress of projects, both in terms of accomplishment and cost
    Well versed in budgeting process
    Problem solver i.e. issues of projects must easily be captured and immediately reported to management for action/decision.
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess project progress and costs effectively.
    Proficiency in budgeting processes and financial analysis.
    Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
    Excellent leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
    Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices.
