    Cost Accountant, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    A Cost Accountant is expected to:
    • Billing of jobs
    • Job cost auditing
    • Audit every standard job post billing for job cost overages or under
    • Audit all t+m jobs pre billing to be sure hours captured
    • Making a weekly 'dig here' report
    • Audit payroll weekly to make sure hours are accounted to jobs that should be
    • AR and collections of bills
    • AP auditing and approvals
    • All invoices matched to cost estimated to job and flagged if over budgeted amount
    • Handle office email
    • Attend meetings and present reports on job costing and collections
    • Material for jobs
    • Quoting material from multiple vendors based on estimated price
    • Matching purchase orders to jobs
    • Calling vendors and setting up material delivery
    • Matching purchase orders and receipts to the correct jobs
    • Quickbooks
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    • Experience in Accounting: Billing, Account Receivables, Account Payable, Quickbooks, Billing of jobs, Job cost auditing
    • Experience in Quickbooks or something related is a plus
    • Detailed, Able to work with a group and present to them, Listens to feedback and is able to correct, is able to learn software package, and is good with math and numbers
    • Must be willing to work onsite: Ortigas, Pasig City
    • Must be willing to work GY
