    THE ROLE

    The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting, selling, and closing high end residential or commercial property units for our clients in the real estate/property development space.

    This role focuses on identifying potential buyers, developing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Source/generate leads through prospecting, networking, online platforms, referrals, and events.
    • Conduct sales presentations and property tours to showcase project features, amenities, and payment terms.
    • Maintain client relationships by providing timely follow-up, handling inquiries, and offering personalized service.
    • Assist in documentation including reservation agreements, contracts, and coordination with admin and financing teams.
    • Meet/exceed sales targets through effective selling and client conversion.
    • Participate in project launches, roadshows, and sales events organized by the company.
    • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and financing options.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical selling standards, and other legal requirements

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field
    • At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, financial services, or high-value products
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and online lead platforms.
    • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
    • Willing to work flexible hours and travel for site visits or client meetings (Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Pampanga)
