Key Responsibilities

• Review electrical and electronic plans, specifications, and quantity requirements for projects.
• Prepare budgetary, construction, and maintenance cost estimates for electrical works.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and tender reports.
• Track project costs and monitor expenditures against approved budgets.
• Assess and certify progress claims from electrical contractors.
• Monitor and control variations or change orders related to electrical works.
• Ensure electrical installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist in inspections and testing during project handover.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of pre-contract quantity surveying experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, electrical codes, and current market rates.
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Skilled in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, estimating software, or project management tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
