- Manage user access to systems and perform system configurations
- Respond to system issues, perform troubleshooting, and work with the other teams to identify solutions issues
- Conduct pre and post production testing to ensure that the application and systems are working properly
- Monitor system availability and performance
- Collaborate closely with the Product Managers, Software Developers and QA Engineers to improve the system stability
- Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
- Have basic knowledge in IT (web, mobile, software, network), preferably 3-6 years of experience in the FinTech industry handling IT Production Support
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
