    • This isn't a ticket-queue role. This is a "you own it" role.

    About the Role
    • You'll operate as the solo NetSuite lead within a broader IT team.
    • You'll manage:
      • Sandbox → Production workflows.
      • Moderate SuiteScript customizations.
      • API & middleware integrations.
      • Reporting governance and dashboard optimization.
      • System cleanup and performance improvement.
    • You'll report directly to IT leadership and play a key role in system evolution.
    Your Key Responsibilities:
    • Configure and manage NetSuite sandbox testing.
    • Promote validated changes into production.
    • Clean up legacy customizations.
    • Optimize system performance and eliminate bloat.
    • Build standardized dashboards & reports.
    • Improve reporting governance.
    • Manage API and middleware integrations.
    • Maintain documentation libraries.
    • Oversee user roles, permissions, and access.
    • Ensure compliance and system security.

    • 3–6+ years NetSuite ERP experience.
    • Hands-on sandbox → production deployments.
    • Built dashboards from scratch.
    • Managed API or middleware integrations directly.
    • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
    • Consulting background? Even better.
