    About the Role:

    The Marketing Officer will lead the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives within the Philippine market. This role involves close collaboration with both the central marketing team and local sales and account management teams to achieve ambitious growth targets and enhance the company's market presence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and manage the comprehensive local marketing strategy and corresponding budget.
    • Generate and nurture business contacts across various sectors, including industry associations and marketplace operators.
    • Plan and execute marketing events, coordinating with internal and external parties.
    • Oversee all local digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Produce and manage content for various communication channels, including blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
    • Analyze market trends and local performance to optimize strategies and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Strong project management skills and expertise in planning and executing marketing strategies.
    • Proficiency in handling digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads and HubSpot.
    • Excellent analytical skills with a data-oriented approach to decision-making.
    • Fluent in Filipino with exceptional communication and writing skills.
