    Job Objective:

    Restaurant Manager
    ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver excellent guest experience by leading the team to achieve sales, profitability, QSCH (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Hospitality), and people development goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years' restaurant operations experience, 1 year as Restaurant Manager.
    • Graduate of HRM, Business Management, or related 4-year course.
    • Proficient in MS Office; willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

    Core Responsibilities:

    1. QSCH Management

    • Oversee daily store operations and ensure consistent quality and service standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and store readiness for each shift.
    • Engage guests, resolve concerns, and ensure positive dining experiences.
    • Lead and motivate staff for efficient and energetic shift performance.

    2. Sales & Marketing Management

    • Implement local marketing programs and sales promotions.
    • Drive guest loyalty and repeat business through community engagement and local partnerships.
    • Monitor sales data and create initiatives to increase average check and transaction count.

    3. Profitability & Financial Management

    • Analyze sales reports and manage costs in materials, labor, and utilities.
    • Ensure financial integrity through proper reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
    • Implement cost control measures without compromising QSCH standards.

    4. People Management & Development

    • Conduct daily huddles and regular team meetings.
    • Coach and discipline staff; recognize outstanding performance.
    • Train and certify staff and trainee managers under KMS and leadership programs.
    • Support succession planning and management development.

    5. Standards & Compliance

    • Administer and delegate Key Management Systems (KMS).
    • Safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in organizational initiatives and enforce company code of conduct.
